Dr. James E. Buckmaster, MD. - Henderson, Kentucky Dr. Buckmaster is Board Certified in Family Practice and has been practicing for nearly 2 decades in Henderson, Kentucky. He holds a B.S. in Biology from Brescia College in Owensboro, KY and completed his M.D. at the University of Kentucky in 1984. He completed his internship and residency both at Toledo Hospital in Toledo, Ohio.
